La Toya Phillips-Blakeney on January 14, 2015, is a virtual staffing company. La Toya has more than 17 years of customer service and sales experience, including call center training and education, as well as leadership/management roles.

In 2013, she learned about virtual work-from-home careers from an angelic family member Sharon P.  After almost 11 years of a dedicated career in healthcare administrative, she decided to let her faith carry her on her journey of growing her virtual solutions staffing company. She has experienced many moments of ultimate happiness and success as her hard work and dedication finally pays off–feelings that she strives to ensure agents joining her team also experiences as they thrive!
